Our Mission:
1-800-snoring strives to enlighten those suffering from snoring and sleep apnea about the risks of and solutions for snoring and sleep apnea.
Our goal: At 1-800-snoring, we know there are safe and easy solutions to your snoring and sleep apnea. Our service is free. All it takes is a few clicks or one phone call to find a professional who can help you or a loved one. We want to make it easy to find a professional and get the help you need—so you can stop snoring tonight.
Who is 1-800-snoring?
We are a referral service. We screen each potential member before inviting them to be a part of 1-800-snoring. Each member pays us a monthly marketing fee which funds the commercials and other advertising campaigns on the member’s local media channels. These campaigns all clearly state “Paid for by participating Dentists and Physicians.” We match the patients calling us to a member based on their location, insurance coverage and treatment needs. The nature of the relationship between us and our members to whom we refer is a co-operative marketing program. In exchange for a monthly fee, we raise awareness about Sleep Apnea, Snoring and the treatment options offered by each member. Some patients may not qualify for treatment with our members for several reasons, including distance, insurance incompatibility and nature of the sleep breathing disorder. We always disclose the nature of any restrictions that would prevent the patient from visiting any of our members.
Larry is a visionary and serial entrepreneur whose aim is to do something good for society. His goal is to teach people how to become more effective, not just efficient, by helping them to feel better about themselves and do more with their lives.
In September 2001, Larry became president and the third largest shareholder of 1-800-DENTIST after serving as an external advisor and consultant for 12 years. He has had over 25 years of experience in leadership roles, customer relationship management, complete office automation and is considered an industry leader. Larry has served as president of GoldMine® Software Corporation's CRM division, and prior to that, founded Corporate Computer Center, one of the most successful networking, CRM and consulting practices in the industry.
After nine successful years as President of 1-800-DENTIST, and more than helping to double it’s success, Larry started 1-800-snoring, helping the dental and medical community to battle snoring and sleep apnea.
Larry is on the board of directors for Oral Health America a member of the National Periodontal Disease Coalition and the former president of the Alumni Association of California State University, Northridge. He is also a member of the National Speakers Association, and has lectured on a variety of topics, including oral health, sleep apnea, motivation, leadership, CRM, marketing and call center excellence.
Larry is an avid wine collector and enjoys reading and snowboarding. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California with his lovely wife Renee, and their two beautiful daughters, Mya and Skyler.
